Bonanza Fish Fry Crispy Batter Mix

Nine out of ten Yukon Pike prefer to be dipped in Hinterland Bonanza Fish Fry! This delicious, easy to prepare batter is perfect for any shore lunch or backyard fish fry. We added a kick of garlic and herbs to our whole grain barley flour to give this batter great flavour and texture, with up to 4 grams of Fibre per serving. We like mixing it up with our local Pale Ale, but you can use water or choose any of your favourite beers to give each batch a unique twist.
